When I founded Premier Recruiting Associates back in 1996, I had a vision to take my 25 years of Human Resources generalist experience and build a company focused on meeting our customers' recruiting needs by finding them the best talent available during a timeline they determined.

Premier Adds New Exec. VP and Opens New Office
growingMeet Our New Executive Vice President: Ryan Cox

Ryan Cox was promoted to Executive Vice President in charge of Business Development and Marketing in March 2007. Ryan has been with Premier working on special projects for 3 years focusing primarily on sourcing and candidate placement. His well-rounded 10 year professional account and employee management experience in the information technology and finance industries were just the tools that Premier needed to target more clients in those growing areas. Ryan will manage our Arlington office and is involved in the Dallas HR Association, Fort Worth HR Association, DFW Recruiters Network and DallasBlue Executives.
 

Our New Office:

With our continued growth came the need for more office space to better manage our client's search needs. In March 2007, we opened a new facility west of Fort Worth, TX. Larry Cox, President of Premier Recruiting Associates, will now manage that office. More staff and more space equal more customer attention.
