Plus, Premier Recruiting’s unique pricing model is extremely affordable. While traditional firms charge a hefty price for hired candidates (usually 15-25% of the annual salary), we minimize your investment for candidates who pass our initial screening and selection process.
Our pricing plan offers two options:
Standard Plan – Using our proprietary PremierFind technology, we advertise your open positions on multiple platforms, collect all responses and then process them to check each candidate’s qualifications and appropriateness for the job.
Price - $50 per qualified candidate
Premium Plan – Includes all standard features plus a personal phone interview with each candidate to further screen their qualifications.
Price - $100 per qualified candidate
You are only charged for candidates who have passed our rigid screening process and we consider qualified. You don’t pay for any candidates that are unqualified and rejected by the system. Plus, there are no locked-in contracts so you can cancel our service at any time.
*Flat-rate options are also available if you have a number of positions to fill over time.
